Manchester United and Chelsea are both reportedly interested in signing Roma defender Gianluca Mancini.
The 24-year-old only joined Roma on a permanent deal from Atalanta BC last summer and has been in impressive form during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring five times in 27 appearances.
Despite only arriving last September, the centre-back's Italian club are said to be open to the idea of a sale in the upcoming market due to the financial issues caused by the coronavirus outbreak.
According to The Express, both Man United and Chelsea have been alerted to the situation, with Paulo Fonseca's side believed to be ready to consider offers in the region of £27m.
The report claims that Everton were keen on Mancini during his time with Atalanta, but two of the biggest clubs in English football are now hoping to secure his signature.
The Italy international has played in all but three of Roma's 26 Serie A matches this season.
