Belgian winger Yannick Carrasco may reportedly be offered a route back to European football by Manchester United.
The 25-year-old is rumoured to be seeking a move away from the Chinese Super League, less than a year on from joining Dalian Yifang.
Carrasco made a shock switch to the Far East from Atletico Madrid last February and has performed well this season by contributing to 12 league goals.
According to Foot Mercato, however, the Belgium international is exploring options of a swift return to his home continent, with AC Milan another possible option.
Man United have not tabled an offer for Carrasco, but it is claimed that they have expressed an interest and will consider making a formal move before the end of the January transfer window.
However, Dalian are believed to be close to appointing former Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim, which the Chinese club hope could tempt Carrasco to stay on for a little longer.
