Manchester United are reportedly willing to go up against Chelsea for the signature of Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Manchester United have reportedly reignited their interest in Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

The Belgium international has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park after it was reported that he has a £22m release clause in his contract.

While Chelsea have been placed as the favourites to nab the midfielder, it is understood that United are willing to match the Blues' offer and add Fellaini to their squad, according to L'Equipe.

Meanwhile, the Toffees are believed to be confident of keeping Fellaini at the club as long as they secure Champions League football for next season.
