Napoli boss Rafael Benitez could be looking to make a move for Benfica defender Ezequiel Garay, according to a report.
Garay has been a long-standing target for Manchester United, with an apparent deal in place for United to sign the £20m-rated Argentine falling through following Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement earlier this year.
TalkSPORT reports that Benitez may hold a firmer stance in negotiations for the former Real Madrid defender after the reported breakdown in talks with United when David Moyes took over at the club.
Benitez is looking to bolster his defence as his side continue to push for the Serie A title, while also looking to further their Champions League campaign.
