Nottingham Forest are likely to be without Greg Halford in their final game of the season on Saturday after he was charged with violent conduct by the Football Association.
The FA announced yesterday that Halford had been hit with the charge because of video footage that caught something the officials missed during Forest's defeat at Bournemouth on Saturday.
Halford scored Forest's goal in a 4-1 loss, but now looks set to be banned from Saturday's match against Brighton & Hove Albion and perhaps more games at the start of next season.
If Halford wants to contest the charge, he has until 6pm tomorrow to file his appeal.
