League Two's bottom club Oxford United have bolstered their attack with the signing of free agent Will Hoskins.
The 28-year-old was without a club after being released by Championship side Brighton & Hove Albion earlier this summer.
He signs a one-year deal, with the option of a further year, with the U's.
"We have played well in every game so far this season but not picked up the results and I think anyone who has watched us has seen where we needed to strengthen," Oxford boss Michael Appleton told the club website.
"We have been patient in trying to find the right player and we believe that Will fits the bill perfectly."
The U's have lost all four league games so far this season and are rock bottom in the fourth tier.
