Sunday's Primeira Liga predictions including Porto vs. Nacional

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Primeira Liga fixtures, including Porto vs. Nacional.

Pacos de Ferreira host Boavista in the Primeira Liga on Sunday with both sides looking to get back to winning ways after failing to win any of their last three games in all competitions.

A spell of five league matches unbeaten for the Beavers was ended by Benfica two weeks ago, while Boavista have endured goalless draws in their last two matches, most recently away at Rio Ave.

We say: Pacos de Ferreira 2-1 Boavista

Both sides are looking to improve their form and will see this fixture as a good opportunity to get back to winning ways. Boavista have had little time to prepare with their new head coach and that may give Pacos a slight advantage on Sunday in securing a narrow victory.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Gil Vicente vs. Benfica (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Benfica travel to Gil Vicente in the Primeira Liga on Sunday hoping that they can close the gap at the top of the table between themselves and rivals Sporting Lisbon.

Meanwhile, the Galos are hoping to extend their unbeaten run in all competitions to four matches.

We say: Gil Vicente 1-2 Benfica

Gil Vicente have been quite consistent at the back and will likely make it tough for Benfica to break them down. However, the Eagles are keen to ensure that they do not lose ground on their rivals at the top of the table and should have enough quality in the final third to secure a narrow victory on Sunday.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Porto vs. Nacional (Sunday, 8.00pm)

Porto head into their Primeira Liga encounter against Nacional on Sunday hoping that they can close the gap at the top of the table between themselves and rivals Sporting Lisbon in their quest to retain the title.

Meanwhile, Nacional's 3-1 home defeat against Santa Clara sees them sit seven places above the relegation zone but only three points clear as things stand.

We say: Porto 3-0 Nacional

Luis Freire knows how difficult the task will be to compete with Porto on Sunday but will hope that a more cautious approach may give them a chance of snatching at least a point. However, the Dragoes are building form and even if they decide to rest a few key players before Wednesday's match with Benfica, they should be able to win comfortably.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.
