Head coach Laurent Blanc has extended his deal with Paris Saint-Germain.
The 50-year-old, who took charge at the Parc des Princes in June 2013, was due to be out of contract at the end of the season.
As a result, a number of managers - including Jose Mourinho and Manuel Pellegrini - had been strongly linked with taking charge in the French capital.
However, that speculation has now been ended by the news that Blanc has committed himself to PSG until 2018.
"I would like to thank the club for the faith that has been put in me," he told the club's official website.
"Since the beginning, I have felt honoured to work for such an ambitious club and it is extremely satisfying to coach such talented players.
"I hope that I can continue make Paris Saint-Germain a brilliant and respected ambassador of French football."
Under Blanc's guidance, the Parisians have won two Ligue 1 titles, one Coupe de France and two Coupe de la Ligue trophies.
