Jude Bellingham will return to the matchday squad for Real Madrid's trip to San Sebastian for Saturday's La Liga meeting with Real Sociedad.
Bellingham has recovered from a leg injury which has forced him to miss Real Madrid's last three matches against Real Valladolid, Las Palmas and Real Betis.
Like Bellingham, Aurelien Tchouameni has also recovered from injury, but neither of the pair are expected to be risked for the clash at the Reale Arena.
Nevertheless, Bellingham and Tchouameni are likely to be given some valuable minutes off the bench ahead of Tuesday's Champions League opener against Stuttgart.
While the midfield duo may be available for selection, Real Madrid are still unable to call upon the services of David Alaba, Eduardo Camavinga and Dani Ceballos.
Eder Militao is available for matchday five despite being forced to pull out of the Brazil squad with an injury that he picked up in training.
The 26-year-old will operate in a centre-pairing pairing with Antonio Rudiger, while Dani Carvajal and Ferland Mendy will feature as the two full-backs.
Luka Modric is set to be given the chance to make his second start of the season, and the Croatian will be joined in the middle of the park by Federico Valverde.
Arda Gurler is also in line for a starting opportunity, with the Turkey international set to operate in the number 10 position.
Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior will continue to operate off the right and left flank respectively, while Kylian Mbappe will feature in a central position and will attempt to add to his league tally after opening his La Liga account with a brace.
Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Courtois; Carvajal, Militao, Rudiger, Mendy; Valverde, Modric; Rodrygo, Guler, Vinicius; Mbappe
