Giuseppe Marotta: 'Arturo Vidal won't leave Juventus for Real Madrid'

Juventus's sporting director Giuseppe Marotta insists that Arturo Vidal will not be leaving the Italian champions for Real Madrid because Juve are "stronger".

Juventus's sporting director Giuseppe Marotta has insisted that Arturo Vidal will not be leaving the Italian champions for Real Madrid because Juve are "stronger".

The Chilean midfielder has been linked with a move away from Turin, with recent reports suggesting that Carlo Ancelotti's side are interested in signing the 28-year-old.

However, Moratta dismisses the rumours and has said that no Juventus player would leave for Real.

"No, Vidal or any player will not go to Real Madrid, because Juventus is stronger," the 58-year-old said, according to Goal.com.

Despite the reports and speculation, Vidal suggested that he could spend the rest of his career at Juve, describing Turin like "home".
