Swansea City have announced that they have signed Jordi Govea from Real Madrid on a free transfer.
Since suffering relegation from the Premier League, Swansea have not been active in the transfer market, partly due to a change in manager with Graham Potter now in charge at the Liberty Stadium.
However, the Welsh club have now moved to bring in young left-back Govea, who has penned a three-year contract with the Championship outfit.
The 19-year-old told the club's official website: "I think it's a great opportunity for me. It's a club with a lot of history.
"I really like it here. I love the city and I feel good. I'm looking forward to getting started as soon as possible."
Govea made four appearances for Real in the UEFA Youth League during the most recent campaign.
