The Premier League has today revealed the fixture list for the 2023-24 campaign, which for Tottenham Hotspur begins with a trip to London rivals Brentford.
Ange Postecoglou's reign will commence at the Gtech Community Stadium amid reports of Tottenham pushing for a move for Bees number one David Raya, who could reunite with Brentford on the opening matchday if Tottenham's transfer pursuits are successful.
Postecoglou's first home game is a baptism of fire with Manchester United on August 19, before the Australian experiences his first taste of North London derby action against Arsenal at the Emirates on September 23.
The trip to Arsenal comes seven days before Liverpool visit the capital, while the Boxing Day fixtures sees Spurs travel south to meet Brighton & Hove Albion.
After facing Man United in their first home game, Tottenham will meet the Red Devils in their opening game of 2024, but the final few weeks of the season are incredibly daunting for Postecoglou.
Between April 13 and May 4, Tottenham must face Manchester City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle United in quick succession, before ending the season away to newly-promoted Sheffield United.
