Philippe Coutinho has reportedly turned down the prospect of completing a move to Tottenham Hotspur before Thursday's transfer deadline.
Barcelona are determined to sell Coutinho following an indifferent 2018-19 campaign under Ernesto Valverde, with the Brazilian only managing five La Liga goals.
The Catalans have reportedly offered Coutinho to Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham after receiving no bids for the attacking midfielder.
According to The Mirror, Coutinho is uninterested by the prospect of returning to the Premier League to work under Mauricio Pochettino, under whom he briefly played at Espanyol.
Barcelona would prefer to secure a permanent move for Coutinho but are willing to sanction a loan deal, which is expected to cost around £21m.
Despite falling further down the pecking order after the arrival of Antoine Griezmann, Coutinho is determined to remain at Barcelona and fight for his place in the starting XI.
