Swansea City have completed the signing of Frenchman Franck Tabanou from Saint-Etienne.
The left-back moves to South Wales on a three-year contract after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee.
"I wanted to come to Swansea because I believe we are the perfect match," he told the club website.
"I was aware of Swansea's interest in me for a while, but unfortunately it didn't happen back in January. But I've been watching them closely ever since and I like the way they play the game; their whole philosophy on football.
"Once I spoke to the manager and the chairman my mind was made up because I realised they really wanted me."
The 26-year-old has been a regular in Ligue 1 for six seasons with Toulouse and Saint-Etienne, scoring 19 goals in the French top tier.
He is Swansea's second signing of the summer, following last week's arrival of Andre Ayew from Marseille.
