Bayern Munich 3-0 Wolfsburg

Two goals from Mario Mandzukic help Bayern Munich maintain their perfect start to the season with a win against Wolfsburg at the Allianz Arena.

Bayern Munich maintained their perfect start in the Bundesliga with a comfortable victory over Wolfsburg at the Allianz Arena this evening.

Jupp Heynckes's side extended their lead at the top of the table to two points thanks to a Mario Mandzukic double and Bastian Schweinsteiger's fourth goal in five games.

Schweinsteiger broke the deadlock on 24 minutes when he tucked away Franck Ribery's low cross from six yards.

Mandzukic then wrapped up the win with headed goals either side of the hour mark.

Bayern have won seven consecutive competitive fixtures since their Champions League final defeat to Chelsea in May.
