Kenny Jackett has suggested that Wolverhampton Wanderers need a player who can offer the team an 'extra 15% of quality' in the Championship this season.
Wolves have won two of their opening three games since returning to the second tier of English football, but Jackett believes that signing a player capable of making a difference in the biggest challenges could be crucial.
The Wolves boss told the Express & Star "There are big decisions on personnel in our group. Who can do it this season and who can't?
"Players coming in is a key one and early on in a season, we're assessing the squad and seeing what we need to complement the squad to maybe give you another 10 to 15% in terms of quality.
"For example, George Thorne was a big loss for Derby because he really lifted them last season – sometimes one player can make a difference and a team can really go on a run."
Wolves return to action against Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon.
