Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly on the verge of signing Portugal international midfielder Joao Moutinho from Monaco.
The newly-promoted Premier League side are understood to have agreed a £5m deal for the veteran midfielder, who is expected to put pen to paper on a two-year contract at Molineux.
The 31-year-old is the third most-capped player in Portugal's history having turned out 113 times for his country, including three appearances at this summer's World Cup.
A deal for Moutinho could be announced as early as today, with the former Sporting and Porto central midfielder set to join the growing Portuguese contingent at the club.
Wolves already have seven Portuguese players on their books, due largely to their association with agent Jorge Mendes, who is also brokering the deal for Moutinho.
Moutinho is set to become Wolves' eighth signing of the summer.
