Transfer-listed Yeovil Town striker Paddy Madden has promised to continue to apply himself until a move away from Huish Park is sorted.
It was confirmed yesterday that Madden, who led League One's scoring charts last season and scored the opener in the playoff final as Yeovil were promoted, was being moved on after making just 11 appearances and scoring no goals this season.
He may have a new club as early as tomorrow, when the emergency loan deadline closes at 5pm, or have to wait until the transfer window opens in January.
In a statement released to the Western Gazette, Madden, 23, said: "Until such time as a transfer or a loan deal is concluded I will continue to apply myself with the same level of professionalism that I have shown since I arrived in Yeovil in 2012."
According to the latest rumours, League One sides Sheffield United and Rotherham United have expressed an interest in bringing Madden in on loan.
