Leon Pryce has been left out of St Helens' 19-man squad for their Super League Grand Final against Leeds on Saturday.
The 29-year-old pulled out of his side's semi-final victory over Wigan Warriors through illness and has not recovered in time for the weekend.
The former Bradford player will join Catalan Dragons on a three-year-deal next season.
