Wales have secured their fourth win in the Six Nations after beating Italy 24-3 at the Millenium Stadium this afternoon.
Leigh Halfpenny and Mirco Bergamasco exchanged one penalty apiece in the early stages of the first half, before Halfpenny added another pair to his total to take a slim lead into the break.
Despite struggling to break down the Italian defence, the home side were able to grab their first five points of the afternoon when Jamie Roberts crossed over after ten minutes of second-half action. Halfpenny's ensuing conversion then gave the Dragons an extra cushion to hold on to.
Fly-half Rhys Priestland added a penalty to the home team's total to all but put them out of Italy's reach, before Cuthbert raced in for a late try to seal the game.
