Victoria Azarenka reveals that she is still unsure whether she will be fit to compete at the Miami Masters.

World number one Victoria Azarenka has revealed that she is still unsure whether she will be fit to compete at the Miami Masters.

The Belarusian was recently forced to pull out of her quarter-final encounter with Caroline Wozniacki in Indian Wells due to an ankle injury.

"The improvement every day is going better and better," Tennis.com quotes Azarenka as saying.

"It's too early for me to say right now, but I'm glad that it's improving. That's the important thing. I still have a couple of days to get better."

Azarenka is scheduled to face either Madison Keys or Allie Kiick in the second round of the tournament in Florida.
