Arsenal full-back Kieran Gibbs has dedicated yesterday's Champions League win over Fenerbahce to the fans.
The Gunners won 3-0 in Turkey to take a commanding position in the final qualifying round.
Gibbs admits that the side wanted to prove something to their manager and their fans after a disappointing loss at the weekend.
"The performance was needed after the start of the season and to prove to ourselves and everyone what we are capable of," said Gibbs, according to PA.
"He [the manager] believes in us and we believe in him, so we felt we had a point to prove to him and the fans.
"We wanted to do it for our fans more than anything and put last week's disappointment behind us."
Arsenal's next game is away at Fulham on Saturday.
