Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is confident of returning to his best form after a long spell on the sidelines.

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere has insisted that he 'feels good' about his long-term future after returning from a long absence.

The 20-year-old has been named in the England squad for their clash with Sweden on Wednesday and he believes that he can return to the level he demonstrated last season.

"Mentally it has been tough because you question yourself all the time. You go to the Emirates, you watch games and you think 'Has it got quicker? I don't remember it being this quick. Can I get back to this level that I was at before?'" he told reporters.

"But I feel good now and hopefully, with a few more games, I can get back to my best."

However, Roy Hodgson has revealed that Wilshere will not start on Wednesday.
