Sports Mole looks ahead to Aston Villa's game against Newcastle United at Villa Park in the Premier League on Tuesday.

Newcastle United travel to Villa Park on Tuesday evening for a Premier League clash with Aston Villa.

Paul Lambert's side will be keen to put a difficult week in cup competitions behind them, having been knocked out of the League Cup and FA Cup by lower-league opposition in the space of four days.

Villa should have no fresh injury concerns from Friday night's loss to Millwall, but it seems likely that there will be a different look to the side to face Newcastle.

Alan Pardew could hand a debut to new signing Moussa Sissoko, having signed the French midfielder from Toulouse on Friday.

The Magpies have no fresh injury concerns from their loss to Reading last weekend, having already been knocked out of both cup tournaments.

The team are 18th and 19th respectively in the Premier League form table, with just one win between them in their last 12 games.
