Atletico Madrid striker Raul Jimenez has insisted that he is happy at the club despite speculation over his future.
The 24-year-old Mexico international has been linked with a move away from the former Spanish champions, with Porto and Benfica both thought to be keen on his services.
While admitting that he is eager for more first-team action, Jimenez has claimed that he wants to stay at Atletico and fight for his place in the side.
"I'm very happy," he told La Verdad. "The only fly in the ointment is that I want to play more minutes but they will come and I'll have to battle to earn them.
"I don't know what my future will be at the moment; I'm still an Atletico Madrid player. I'm on holiday right now and am looking forward to going back and finding out what my future will be."
Jimenez recently scored two goals in four games for Mexico at the Copa America.
