Bayern Munich and Barcelona are reportedly preparing to go head-to-head for the signature of Marseille midfielder Boubacar Kamara.
The 22-year-old is due to become a free agent at the end of the season and has supposedly rebuffed Les Olympiens' attempts to tie him down to a new deal.
As a result, an intense battle for Kamara's signature is set to take place next year, with Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers both linked with a swoop.
However, the Premier League duo will supposedly face some stiff competition, as Foot Mercato claims that Bayern and Barcelona are also keeping a close eye on the situation.
The report adds that Kamara has already rejected four renewal offers from Marseille, and the chances of him remaining at the Orange Velodrome beyond the summer are 'very slim'.
Kamara boasts four goals and five assists in 137 games for Marseille since graduating from their youth academy, including one goal from 15 appearances in all tournaments this term.
