AC Milan midfielder Clarence Seedorf is reportedly close to joining Brazilian outfit Botafogo.
The 36-year-old has agreed a financial package with the club, according to Lance, and could join as soon as June 20.
It is understood that the Dutchman will sign a £36,000-a-week contract, after admitting that he is keen to seek a new challenge.
"I will play football for two, maybe three more years. And I am going to pick the most challenging project, something that intrigues and stimulates me," he told reporters.
Seedorf's Milan deal will expire at the end of June.
