Andre Schurrle confident of Chelsea progress

Andre Schurrle believes that Chelsea are good enough to overturn their first-leg deficit against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League quarter-finals.

Andre Schurrle has insisted that Chelsea are capable of overturning their first-leg deficit against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League quarter-finals.

The Blues welcome PSG to Stamford Bridge tonight having lost 3-1 in the French capital last week.

Despite Chelsea facing a difficult task to reach the last four of the competition, Schurrle believes that they can do the job.

"We know it is very difficult to win this tie but we are very confident and we play at home," the German told the club's official website.

"We've had a lot of good matches here and we are very motivated. We are looking forward to the match. Of course we need a big performance and every player needs to take responsibility and bring his best performance to the pitch, but I am very confident that every player has this."

Schurrle has scored seven goals in 35 games for Chelsea so far this season.
