Mason Mount has described Hakim Ziyech as a "world-class player" and says that it is a joy to play alongside his new Chelsea teammate.
Ziyech has scored on his first two starts for Chelsea after recovering from an injury sustained in the Blues' shortened pre-season campaign.
The Morocco international was signed in a £38m deal from Ajax, where he scored 38 Eredivisie goals in four seasons, and Mount believes he is among the best players on the planet.
"We know what he can do on the ball and what he brings to the team," he said.
"He is a world-class player, having come in and scored the other night [against Krasnodar] and on his [full] Premier League debut.
"He's a brilliant player, a joy to play with, very clever on the ball, and somebody who brings a lot to the team. He's a very good player."
Ziyech is the first Chelsea player since Diego Costa in 2014 to score on his first two starts for the club in all competitions.
