Chelsea have reportedly placed Paris Saint-Germain duo Idrissa Gueye and Julian Draxler on their shortlist of potential transfer targets.
Having had their two-window ban halved ahead of January, Chelsea are now free to sign new players at the midway point of the campaign.
With Frank Lampard keen to strengthen in numerous areas, the Blues have been linked with a wide range of players.
According to Le10Sport, interest is being shown in Gueye and Draxler, who are only regarded as squad players at the Parc des Princes.
While former Everton midfielder Gueye has made 11 starts in Ligue 1, playmaker Draxler has been provided with just 434 minutes of top-flight football.
Since Gueye only moved to PSG in the summer, a move for Draxler appears more realistic at this stage.
