Liverpool and Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes.
The 26-year-old has established himself as an integral part of Eddie Howe's squad since arriving from Lyon in January 2022.
Guimaraes has made 86 appearances during his time with the club, chipping in with 11 goals and nine assists.
The Brazil international was rewarded for his efforts in October when he signed a new deal to extend his stay with the Magpies until the summer of 2028.
Although his long-term future seems secure on paper, Guimaraes is at risk of being sold after the club announced losses of £73m for the 2022-23 season.

While they are one of the richest clubs in the world, Newcastle are at risk of having to sell players to bring in reinforcements and abide by Profit and Sustainability rules.
According to Spanish outlet Diario AS, Liverpool and Chelsea are both showing an interest in the Newcastle midfielder.
The report claims that Newcastle may consider selling Guimaraes in the summer, with his release clause believed to be just over €115m (£98.9m).
In addition to the Premier League duo, La Liga champions Barcelona have also emerged as a potential destination for Guimaraes.

The Catalan giants have not ruled out launching a summer move, but they may find it difficult to agree a deal due to their poor financial situation.
A recent report claimed that the champions of France, Paris Saint-Germain, were preparing to submit a bid before the end of the January window.
While a transfer to the French capital appears unlikely at this stage, PSG could renew their interest at the end of the season.
Despite being linked with a move away from St. James' Park, Guimaraes's current focus will be on Saturday's clash with Premier League champions Manchester City.
