Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has said that he would like to emulate the career of Italy international Andrea Pirlo.
The Frenchman was played in Pirlo's favoured position as a deep-lying playmaker in Juve's 2-1 win over Pescara on Saturday, and the former Manchester United youngster wants to enjoy success similar to his teammate.
"I've admired him ever since I was a kid and I still watch him closely when he plays," Pogba told reporters.
"I would like to have a similar career to his. I enjoyed [being played in Pirlo's position]. He's a fantastic player."
Antonio Conte's side currently lead Serie A by 12 points.
