The 22-year-old attacking midfielder leaves the Danish side to sign a three-year contract with Championship outfit Leeds.
Sloth, who has eight senior international caps with the Red and White, will wear the number 33 for Leeds.
Sloth scored five league goals in 31 appearances as Aarhus were relegated from the Danish top flight last season.
