Leicester City have reportedly identified Real Betis midfielder William Carvalho as a potential transfer target.
The Portugal international is regarded as a key man at the Benito Villamarin Stadium, making 48 starts and four substitute outings since joining the club in 2018.
However, according to O Jogo, the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic mean that the 28-year-old will be made available during the next transfer window.
While Inter Milan have been previously linked with Carvalho, the report claims that Leicester are considering a bid in the coming months.
Betis are allegedly prepared to accept offers in the region of £14m, down from his previous valuation of £18m.
The report adds that former club Sporting Lisbon stand to receive 25% of any future fee, a factor which is likely to mean that Betis will not make any further reductions.
