Leicester City face competition from Inter Milan for Real Betis midfielder William Carvalho, according to a report.
The Foxes are believed to have recently opened talks with the Portugal international over a summer transfer.
Calcio Mercato suggests that Leicester's hopes of pushing through a deal have been dented by Inter, though, as the Italian giants have also expressed an interest.
Carvalho has endured an injury-plagued campaign with Betis, who splashed out £18m to sign the 28-year-old from Sporting Lisbon two years ago.
Monaco have also been been touted as an interested party, but Carvalho's valuation may put off the Ligue 1 club.
