Jordan Henderson: 'I can still improve'

Jordan Henderson believes that he still has room for improvement, despite scoring twice during Liverpool's 6-0 win over Newcastle United.

Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has said that he will keep working to improve his game.

The 22-year-old scored twice for the Reds during their 6-0 win over Newcastle United in the Premier League yesterday evening.

Henderson told the club's official website: "I still feel I can improve in some areas but I'm enjoying my football at the moment.

"I've just got to keep working hard and just keep doing what I'm doing and help the team do well.

"It was important we finished this week on a high. It has been a bit chaotic but I thought the players handled it brilliantly and we put on a great performance [yesterday]."

Henderson has scored seven goals in 64 appearances for Liverpool.
