Manchester City's football administrator Brian Marwood has admitted that Mario Balotelli is not a good role model.
The Italian striker has been involved in several bust-ups with his manager and teammates, as well as other bizarre incidents.
Marwood thinks that Balotelli should look at some of his teammates and follow their lead as examples to young players.
Asked if he though Balotelli was a good role model, Marwood said: "I think it is important to make a good example.
"I think - and we all know who we are talking about - that you will get people within the system who do not show the right values and right behaviour.
"In the main we have a fantastic group of players here. I look at [Pablo] Zabaleta, I look at [Vincent] Kompany. I look at Joe Hart, Gareth Barry and Joleon Lescott."
The 22-year-old is currently with the Italy squad for their World Cup qualifiers as they prepare to take on Denmark on Tuesday.
