How Arsenal could line up against Manchester Utd

Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up for Monday's Premier League clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Arsenal begin a run of three matches in six days when they head to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United on Monday night.

The Gunners have won four of their last six away trips, although they have not won at United in the Premier League since 2006.

A nerve-wracking 3-2 win at home to Aston Villa and a 5-0 win at the Emirates against Nottingham Forest have imbued Unai Emery's side with a certain momentum ahead of their attempt to end that long run against their old rivals.

With home matches against Standard Liege and Bournemouth to come, Emery's squad should be set for a successful mini-spell should they earn at least a point at United.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Arsenal could line up as coach Emery seeks to stay in touch with the leading pack at the top of the table.

Kieran Tierney made his long-awaited debut at full-back against Forest, playing for the first time following his £25m summer move to the Emirates Stadium.

The signing from Celtic is likely to make his first Premier League appearance at Old Trafford, where Arsenal have not kept a clean sheet for more than 10 years.

Fellow defender Hector Bellerin could also return, having played the final 13 minutes against Forest following a long-term knee problem.

Arsenal's most high-profile absentee is forward Alexandre Lacazette, although they are also without Emile Smith Rowe after the young midfielder was substituted just before the interval on Tuesday as a precaution following a collision.
