Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino insists that all managers feel the pressure ahead of his side's clash with under-fire Jose Mourinho's Manchester United.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that he feels under pressure in every game ahead of his side's Premier League clash with Manchester United on Monday night.

Much of the attention during the buildup to the match has focused on Pochettino's opposite number Jose Mourinho, whose relationship with chief executive Ed Woodward and some of his players has come under increased scrutiny.

United also go into the game off the back of a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend, but when asked whether Mourinho was under pressure, Pochettino was keen instead to focus on his own side.

"And you don't believe I'm not in the same position? We feel the pressure every week," he told reporters at his pre-match press conference.

"Of course the circumstances are different over the year but every game you play you're under pressure and if you lose or don't perform as you expect the pressure touches you.

"We are always under pressure. It's impossible to relax - I'm only relaxed in summer when I spent a week with family and friends. Many things happen - and you know better than me it's impossible to relax and feel that pressure."

Spurs have failed to pick up a single point or score a single goal on their last four visits to Old Trafford.
