Antonio Conte is reportedly holding out for a move to Manchester United amid links with the Tottenham Hotspur job.

Antonio Conte would reportedly prefer to take the Manchester United job than succeed Nuno Espirito Santo at Tottenham Hotspur.

After the Lilywhites went down 3-0 to the Red Devils in Saturday's Premier League clash, Santo's future in the Tottenham hotseat is thought to be in jeopardy.

Recent reports have claimed that Spurs are in talks with Conte over replacing the Portuguese at the helm, but the ex-Inter Milan boss has also been tipped to succeed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Man United.

According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Conte is prioritising a move to United over Tottenham, and there have been no discussions with Spurs over a possible change in management.

Konur adds that the Lilywhites will sit down this week to discuss Santo's future, with "several important people" set to take part in the talks.

Meanwhile, a separate report has claimed that defeat to Tottenham would have spelled the end of Solskjaer's reign as Man United manager.
