Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial is reportedly set to return to Old Trafford at the end of the season.
The former Monaco starlet arrived at Sevilla on loan in the January transfer window but has struggled to make much of an impact, registering one goal and one assist in eight games so far amid suggestions that he is unhappy in La Liga.
Martial's loan deal with Julen Lopetegui's side does not include an option to buy, and according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, there are no talks planned over potentially keeping the attacker on the books in Seville.
Romano adds that Sevilla will come to a decision at the end of the season, but as things stand, Martial is expected to return to the Theatre of Dreams ahead of the 2022-23 season.
The 26-year-old's contract with Man United is due to expire in the summer of 2024, and he is still widely expected to leave the club in a few months' time after starting two Premier League games in the first half of the 2021-22 season.
Martial has amassed a total of 79 goals and 50 assists in 269 games for Man United since his £54m move from Monaco in the summer of 2015.
