Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda is apparently wanted by both Manchester City and Manchester United.
Belgian Under-21 international Musonda, 19, is willing to leave for the club that can offer him first-team football straight away, according to The Mirror.
Neither club is put off by the £10m price tag, but Musonda is yet to make his first-team debut and is still training with the youth players.
The youngster has been backed to follow in the footsteps of Kevin de Bruyne and Eden Hazard, and City are hoping that the possibility of shadowing De Bruyne will help tip the scales in their favour.
