Manchester United are reportedly set to make an official world-record bid for Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba.
The future of Pogba has been arguably the most talked-about transfer story of the summer, with the likes of United and Real Madrid thought to be interested in the France international.
Sky Sport Italia now reports that United are preparing an £87m opening offer that would make Pogba the most expensive footballer in history.
The reports goes on to state that Pogba has already agreed personal terms with United and will earn a salary of £10.92m a year at Old Trafford.
The 23-year-old spent three years as a Manchester United player between 2009 and 2012 before leaving on a free transfer having made just seven appearances for the senior side.
Pogba would become the club's fourth signing of the summer after Eric Bailly, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
