Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly be given the chance to sign Fenerbahce centre-forward Vedat Muriqi for just €15m (£13m) during this summer's transfer window.
The 25-year-old, who has scored 15 times in 28 appearances for his Turkish club this season, was linked with both Tottenham and Manchester United in January.
The Kosovo international remained with Fenerbahce despite the transfer speculation, but it is thought that the attacker could seek pastures new ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
According to Aksam, the coronavirus outbreak has seen Muriqi's valuation drop significantly, meaning that Spurs could sign him for as little as €15m (£13m) this summer.
The forward's current deal with the Yellow Canaries will run until the summer of 2023.
Jose Mourinho's side, meanwhile, are also allegedly interested in Barcelona midfielder Arthur.
