Marseille winger Mathieu Valbuena has tipped David Beckham to be a success at Paris Saint-Germain.
Beckham made his debut for his new employers yesterday evening during their 2-0 victory over Valbuena's Marseille.
Having seen the former England captain up close, the France international believes that he can still perform at the very top level.
"Beckham is class. I think he has always kept his technique, his beautiful passes. He is a great player and he has not lost his technique. I think he will bring a lot to PSG," the 28-year-old told reporters.
"But I also think he will bring a lot humanely, whether on and off the pitch. I think this is important and good for Ligue 1."
Beckham's current deal at the Parc des Princes is due to expire this summer.
