Former Crystal Palace and Reading manager Steve Coppell could reportedly be appointed in an advisory role by Millwall.
Coppell, 59, is believed to have watched the Lions' Good Friday win over local rivals Charlton Athletic from the directors' box at The Den.
According to News at Den, Coppell could be offered a role if interim boss Neil Harris is given the manager's job on a full-time basis.
Coppell's last job in football was as director of football at Portsmouth last year.
Millwall's win over Charlton was their first in 10 games and moved them to within four points of safety with six games of the Championship season to go.
