Queens Park Rangers chairman Tony Fernandes has ruled out signing any new players before the end of the transfer window.
The R's are currently in 19th place in the Premier League table, one point adrift of safety.
Despite the club being linked with a loan move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Emmanuel Adebayor, Fernandes doubts that there will be further additions to the squad at Loftus Road.
He tweeted: "No more cheque book. We have good players. Bought all the players manager asked for in summer. If something interesting comes up we would look at it. But I'm not optimistic."
QPR continue their fight for Premier League survival on Saturday with the visit of Southampton.
