Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is reportedly eager to leave the club because he is unhappy about being in teammate Kylian Mbappe's shadow.
Neymar has regularly been linked with a move away from the French champions since his world-record switch to the Parc des Princes this summer, and a return to La Liga is understood to be his most likely destination.
Speculation has suggested that Neymar is planning to engineer an exit, and the Daily Record claims that part of the reason is down to his relationship with Mbappe.
Mbappe is the world's second-most expensive player behind Neymar, but has quickly established himself as being every bit as important to the team with 11 goals in just nine league games this season.
The report suggests that Neymar does not want to share the limelight with another player, having left Barcelona to move out of Lionel Messi's shadow.
The Brazil international also reportedly does not get on with Mbappe, whereas he was friends with Messi during their time together at Barcelona.
Neymar has a clause in his contract at PSG which will enable him to leave the club for €215m (£190.7m) in 2020.
