Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic and will look to include Isco in their offer for the Bosnia and Herzegovina international.
Juve are allegedly keen to hand Pjanic a new contract amid suggestions that Manchester United are considering an approach for the 29-year-old, who has made 144 appearances for the Old Lady in all competitions.
However, according to reports in Spain, Los Blancos are determined to land the midfielder in next summer's transfer window, and the Spanish giants are prepared to include Isco in their bid.
Juve are said to value Pjanic in the region of £69m, but Madrid are hopeful that including Isco - whose future at the Bernabeu continues to be called into question - in their offer will reduce the price to around £26m.
The Juve midfielder is allegedly keen to try his luck in La Liga before he retires, having won three Serie A titles and two Coppa Italias during his time in Turin.
Pjanic could be viewed as a long-term replacement for Luka Modric with the Croatian currently being linked with a move away from Zinedine Zidane's side.
