Joe Mattock has joined Rotherham United on a free transfer following his release by Sheffield Wednesday.
The left-back spent three years with fellow Yorkshire side Wednesday, scoring three goals in 66 appearances for the Owls.
Speaking to Rotherham's website after passing a medical, Mattock said: "It's a new chapter. Rotherham are a good side who play some good football and have got some really good players."
Mattock is the Millers' second signing of the summer after the arrival of Aidy White earlier this week.
